Nick De Lange is the CEO and Co-Founder of Livid Holdings, a South African-based technology design, manufacturing, and development group established in 2023. The company operates through five specialised subsidiaries: Livid VIP Consulting, Livid Disaster Management, Livid Agriculture, Livid Technologies, and Livid Innovations.
Raised in Johannesburg South, Nick built his career from modest beginnings, earning diplomas in Computer Programming, Project Management, and Security Management while working. He brings over 25 years of leadership experience across the security and civil engineering sectors.
He has successfully founded and scaled businesses in both industries, overseeing major infrastructure projects, including the construction of kilometres of roadway and bridge developments across two provinces. In the security sector, he has led high-risk tactical and undercover operations, as well as corporate security portfolios across three provinces, working alongside SAPS, POPS, and state-owned entities.
At Livid Holdings, he leads strategic direction and innovation, driving the development of integrated security systems safeguarding South Africa’s critical electrical infrastructure while addressing revenue losses linked to illegal connections.
He also co-piloted the Livid CPF Panic App, a technology platform enhancing community safety through real-time coordination with emergency and law enforcement services, strengthening local response and public empowerment. The app further supports CPF sectors through structured funding mechanisms, reinforcing sustainable community safety initiatives.
